Ram Yadav is a world-class Executive chef & innovative entrepreneur who brings his visions to life through determination and unstoppable versatility.
Ram founded Vivo Latino in 2016, combining his love for cooking & entertaining with his cultural heritage to bring the iconic Peruvian & infectious Brazilian flair he loved to Cardiff and the world.
Through his work with Vivo Latino, nothing is off-limits for Ram when it comes to building a unique lifestyle brand.
He is now looking to expand what Vivo Latino stands for and apply his belief in a quality and passion-first approach to all aspects of the Vivo Latino experience.
